Toblerone tasked us with creating a UK PR campaign that would cut through the noise, speak to Gen Z and millennials, and elevate the brand to must-try status during the festive season. From NPD announcements to media gifting, we made sure every lifestyle, food, and news desk had Toblerone Truffles on their radar (and in their hands) before launch.

And then came the big reveal - The Toblerone Vault, a Mayfair takeover where fans had to crack the code to get their hands on the gold-wrapped jewels. It was luxe, playful, and immersive, exactly what consumers were searching for.

The campaign positioned Toblerone Truffles as a premium yet playful innovation, delivering significant earned media impact and reinforcing brand equity during a key retail moment.
